1. How can I place an order?

Thanks so much for your interest in my shop! You can click on the ETSY button on the right hand side of my website and it will take you straight to all my current work for sale. Dont have an Etsy account? Setting one up is super simple and takes 2 minutes to do. It will take you right to paypal for you to checkout.

2. What if I dont have a paypal account?

The good news is you dont need a paypal account to checkout using paypal. You can just click on the link under the sign in section upon chekcout and it will allow you to enter you credit card information separatly. OR you can send me an email and I will get your credit card information and run it on my processor at home.

3. Do you take custom orders?

everday! Most of my work is done by custom request...send me an email and we can talk about designing something special just for you or your loved ones.

4. Do you take credit cards over the phone or through email?

absolutely! send me your name and number in an email and we will take care of it anyway that you feel comfortable.

5. Do you take returns?

I will let you exchange anything that you purchase from me for a shop credit equal to the price you paid not including shipping. Sorry, but custom orders are not eligible for this...they are final sale.

6. How long will it take for me to get my item?

I ship within 3-5 BUSINESS days and then from there its up to the post office. It usually takes them another 3-5 business days to get it to you. A good estimate is about 10 business days, but it very rarely takes that long. Most domestic orders get there in about a week.

7. Do you ship international?

Everyday! I welcome international orders but please check your countries policies with customs.

8. How do you ship?

I ship via USPS first class mail with delivery confirmation. Please let me know if you would like Priority Mail with tracking or insurance added to your order for an added fee

9. Do you do RUSH orders?

Yes I do for an additional $10-$20 depending on the complexity of the piece

10. Do you do offer wholesale to vendors?

Yes I do. I have several stores that I currently work with. Please send me an email for more details and policies.
